I am Australian and my fiancee is Thai. We are a young professional couple and relocating to Singapore in Dec/Jan.
We don't have kids, but have pets (2 cats, and 2 well behaved / not aggressive dogs). We do not smoke, and we do not throw any noisy parties, etc.
We are very house-proud and love gardening so would be happy to maintain your garden. We have a lot of our own furniture already.
We are seeking a rental accommodation for 1 year or 2 year lease. We want to be close to public transport in a safe, quiet neighbourhood.
The location is very flexible. Willing to consider Punggol area, but closer to the city is also absolutely fine. We don't mind being a bit further from city if we can get a very nice place to rent.
The main thing for us is the property and how nicely it is presented. We'd like a nice garden, with grass for our dog to live comfortably. If we could live in a compound that has a shared swimming pool, that would be a HUGE plus.
If the bathrooms and kitchen are modern, that is excellent. We will look after your home as if it were our very own.
