The name of this condo is "The Tropica" at Tampines Ave 1, beside Temasek Polytechnic. There is a really nice swimming pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, squash room, gym room and sauna here. Now I have 2 rooms available, one common room rent at $1000, (bedok resevoir is just outside the window, really beautiful scene) and a master room with private bath/toilet rent at $1300). We provide wireless internet, cable tv (around 20+ channels), double bed, desk, shelf and closet for both rooms, 21" tv is provide in the master room. Bus stop is just down outside our condo, got 2 buses to Tampines central just in 10 mins, and an express bus goes to town area (orchard, somerset, dohby ghaut, city hall...) in 30 mins by high way.
