rental is $500 for one person,or $550 for two person.v spacious as u can see from the pictures.as it's a student's hostel, tenants has to be a student, or at least under 30 yrs old.(as the agent said any type of visa is fine) Chinese are welcomed. couples welcomed. No big pets..v big room with simple funitures. airconditioned. two single beds that can be combined together as a queen sized bed.

rental inclusive of water, but not electricity and internet. electricity fee is quite cheap, as it is a student hostel(no restrictions don worry.)

there is washing machine. no kitchen, but light cooking with electrical appliances are fine.

also there is a basketball court at the back of the house, and BBQ pits free to use. free parking.
