The apartment is only 8-min walk to Novena MRT, 1-minute walk to the bus stop (with plenty of busses to city areas) and a 3-min walk to United Square Mall where the supermarket and eating places are.

All current tenants are working professional ladies. No owner in the unit, you can use the facilities within the house (cooking, living rooms) or even invite your friends.


Common bedroom( attached bathroom)

• The room include: single bed, built-in wardrobe, aircon and joined-attached bathroom (shared with another female flatmate).
• Rent is $750 per month for single occupancy or $800 for 2-people occupancy, inclusive internet broadband.

Common bedroom (no attached bathroom)
• Unfurnished with aircon – only a single bed included, no wardrobe
• Rent is $620 per month inclusive internet broadband


Both rooms come with the following terms and conditions:

(6) Rent excludes utilities (to be shared by the number of people in the unit)
(7) The lease expires by end Dec’08 (subject to further extension)
(8) Available on 1st May’08
