The apartment located near paya lebar mrt. SGD 1250 per month. it called THE MIDAS.

The apartment is brand new 2 bedrooms aprtment, just finished last January 2008. it is fully furnshed with tv, fridge, stove, full air-con, washing machine which all are brand new. no one has ever lived in before. the room has big window facing the swimming pool. marble floor for the living area and wood parquet for the bedroom. you'll have your private bathroom since i'll use the one in the master bedroom. there's a private BBQ pit at the back of the unit. the living room has a glass balcony which straightly facing the swimming pool. the whole ambience is very modern, clean and soothing. there are many buses going to bugis, orchard or other central districts. there are also many food centre nearby.

i'm a chinese indonesian. i prefer a female who's easy going, open minded and fun to be my housemate.
in my spare time i love watching movies and shopping. on the weekend, i sometimes go to cafes at orchard or clarke quay with my friends. but sometimes i just stay at home watching tv or busy doing my homeworks.
