My humble home is a 4-year old flat that is spick and span as day 1 that the renovations were done. It is housed in a quiet environment and suitable for those who prefer coming home to a cosy, clean and comfortable place after a hard day work outside. It is non aircon as there is no need to with the flat unblocked from both back and front and is windy most days. Amenities are aplenty nearby with 3 banks, 2 wet markets, a few coffeeshops, clinics, bakeries, fast food centre, 1 big supermarket and few mini supermarts etc.
