i'm a graduate of the pink room nail academy and the owner of www.feliciousnails.wordpress.com

i'm looking for a place in a hdb flat that the owner does not mind renting either a room or a space in the living room for my work. my intention is to operate as a home-based nail technician(manicurist).

currently my family does not allow me to operate at home and i have to juggle giving tuition and doing nails, hence i'm looking for an owner who wants to earn some extra cash. i will not be living at your place but i will be using the place when i have appointments.

rental fees is negotiable, if you do not want to rent a full-room/permanently, we can do a commission-based rental whereby i pay you a percentage when i have customers.

i will need a space for a study table with two chairs, a small standing shelf/table for my polishes.

air-conditioning is preferred but fan is acceptable as well.

i will not be using much of water and electricity as my focus is on nail enhancements, not classic manicure and pedicures. my customers will be on appointment basis hence not to worry about having many people coming in and out of your place.

i will tidy up after my work so that you do not have to worry about the place getting messed-up.

Availability : Immediately/March 2012
